Returns
All our orders are custom made just for you! Due to this fact, defective merchandise will be replaced but returns are not accepted. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know immediately and we can work on a resolution. Gift cards are also final sale.
In the event of personalized items which require details, if an error was made (ie. Grandma thought your baby Quinn was a boy instead of a girl)- we will provide one free of charge edit to any print shop order. We can also hold orders until the arrival of your expected bambino so the final Name, Gender, Birthday and all that good stuff can be entered correctly. In these cases, we will send out a gift card with all the follow up information.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@diaperworks.ca
